Установленные насосы на предприятии требовали ежегодного капитального ремонта, включая полную замену проточной части и сальникового уплотнения. Значительная часть времени требовалась на центровку вала. Перед инженерами стояла задача подбора оборудования, которое позволило избежать данных проблем и продлить беспрерывную работу насоса.

Наше решение Под данную задачу был индивидуально спроектирован вертикальный насос NPK 250/630 V2 с длиной вала 4100мм. Относительно насоса, который был установлен ранее, значительно увеличилась ходимость проточной части. Проблемы, связанные с необходимостью выравнивания вала, были решены с помощью фиксированного вала. Также заказчик доволен механическим уплотнением HGD, которое не требует обслуживания.

Используемые насосы Вертикальный насос NPK 250/630 V2 с фиксированным валом и механическим уплотнением вала HGD-1. Данное уплотнение является специальной разработкой нашей компании. Конструкции уплотнений Habermann Aurum эффективно предотвращают износ и коррозию. Пружины под давлением установлены со стороны атмосферы, а износостойкие компоненты контактируют со шламовой средой. Вихревая камера предотвращает попадание твердых частиц на механическое уплотнение.

We have manufactured 17 pumps for a large mineral processing project in Kazakhstan: 14 froth pumps and 3 dewatering pumps in 2022. The pumps are used in a mineral flotation plant and are directly downstream of the flotation. Zinc, lead and silver are flotated there.
