Habermann Aurum Pumpen manufactured a double-eccentric butterfly valve, series DE, type AV01-072, DN1400, PN10 for a mining and processing plant in Ukraine.

The body and disc are made of high-strength GJS500-7 ductile iron. The valve features EPDM sealing, providing leakage class A, with a flanged connection. Actuation is ensured by an AUMA SA10.2 electric actuator with AUMA MATIC AM01.1 control unit (Germany).

Designed as a shut-off valve for water service, the valve comes complete with matching flanges and an installation kit.

Following our client’s request for early delivery, the Habermann Aurum Pumpen team accelerated logistics and prepared the shipment three weeks ahead of the agreed schedule.
