The main applications for the metallic centrifugal pumps of the NPW series are cases with light and medium duty. The pumps of this series are suitable for pumping of slurries with coarse solids in suspension.
By using selected material qualities, this type can also be used with slightly corrosive and abrasive medium.
This model series is comprised of single-stage centrifugal pumps made of high-strength casting steel with easily replaceable wear parts and the option of suction gap adjustment.
Impeller, wear plates and pump housing are dimensioned according to the requirements and optimised to achieve the best possible service lives. Even under the most difficult operating conditions, the NPW model series remains robust and achieves the lowest lifecycle costs.
The NPW single-stage centrifugal pump has easily replaceable wear parts. The wear plates and the pump housing are braced with tension rods across the case covers.
The NPW pump series is a cost-effective solution for pumping slightly abrasive medium and is used as:
- Drainage pump in quarries
- Feed pump in tunnel construction
- Mixer pump in the ready-mixed concrete industry
Your advantages by employing NPW pump:
- Optimised material qualities for your application
- Cost-effective pump version for heavy applications
